Using the On-Line Forms
There are four sections to this application and all sections must be completed before submitting your response. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the lodgement process.

If your lodgement is successful, you will immediately receive a confirmation email containing a copy of your completed application.

You can save at anytime and return later until such time as you submit your application. Once submitted it will be locked and no changes will be permitted. However you will be able to view your application at any time.
